Free accounts and saved tool data

If you create a free account (with email and password or with Google), we store your name, email address, your sign-up consent (date and policy version), and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID and profile picture link. We never receive your Google password.

When you are signed in, information you save in our free tools (for example to-do lists, notes, journal entries, budgets, invoices, business card details and settings) is synced to your account so it is available on your other devices. We use it only to provide that sync. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or read it for marketing.

Product emails are optional and only sent if you agreed. You can download all of your data or permanently delete your account and data at any time from My account on the website or in the Android app.

Android app: downloads, usage and feedback

When you download our Android app from this website, our server records the date and time, your IP address, your browser and device details (such as phone model, operating system and browser version, as sent by your browser), your language setting, the page and button you used, any campaign tags in the link (utm), screen size, dark mode setting, approximate memory and processor count, connection type, whether this device has used our web app before, the pages viewed and time spent on this visit, the number of visits, your local time, an approximate postal code, and whether the connection looks like a VPN, proxy or data centre. We also record the download as an event in Google Analytics. We look up an approximate location (country, region and city) from the IP address. We do not use GPS or read anything on your device.

When you open the app, it sends one short anonymous visit record (a random app ID stored on your device, app version, language and time zone). Our server adds your device type and an approximate location from your IP address. We use it to count active users by country and state. If you send feedback in the app, we keep your message, rating, any name or email you add, your device type and approximate location so we can reply and improve the app.

We use this only to count downloads, understand where our users are and protect the download from abuse. It is not sold or shared with advertisers, and it is deleted automatically after about 13 months. To ask about or delete a record, email info@hayyatnetworks.com.
