Features
- Lists for Personal, Work and Shopping, plus your own. Start from templates such as a grocery list, travel packing, moving checklist, business launch, weekly cleaning or exam preparation.
- Quick add understands words like today, tomorrow, Friday, 12 Dec, 5pm, every week, #tags and !high.
- Details: due date and time, priority, notes, subtasks, tags and repeats (daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly or yearly). When you finish a repeating task, the next one is created for you.
- Focus views: Today, Upcoming, Overdue and Completed, plus search, tag filters and sorting.
- Order: drag the handle or use the arrows to reorder.
- Export: CSV, JSON backup, print, and .ics calendar files.
Reminders
While this page or app is open, the list checks your timed tasks every few seconds and shows an alert with Mark done and Snooze. Tap the notifications button once to also get system notifications. For alerts when the app is closed, use Add to calendar so your phone calendar reminds you.
Limitations
In-page reminders cannot fire when the browser or app is fully closed; use the calendar file for those. Without an account, tasks live only in this browser, so clearing site data removes them. Export a backup now and then.

Is this to-do list app really free?
Yes. The to-do list is completely free with no ads inside the tool and no limits on lists or tasks. It runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install. A free account is optional and only adds syncing between your phone, tablet and computer.
Will I get reminders for my tasks?
Yes, while the page or the Hayyat Networks app is open you get an alert and, if you allow it, a system notification at the due time or earlier. For reminders when the app is closed, tap Add to calendar on a task and save the .ics file to your phone calendar.
Does the to-do list work offline?
Yes. Once the page or app has loaded, you can add, edit, reorder and complete tasks with no connection. Everything saves on your device straight away. If you are signed in, changes sync to your account the next time you are online.
Can I import or export my tasks?
Yes. Export all lists as a CSV file for Excel or Google Sheets, or as a JSON backup that keeps subtasks, tags and repeats. You can import JSON backups and CSV files with a Task or Title column. Print and calendar export are also built in.
