Quick answer

Online Stopwatch and Timer: A big, easy to read stopwatch with laps, a countdown timer with alarm, and an interval timer for HIIT, Tabata and boxing rounds. Go full screen and it keeps your screen awake. It is free, needs no sign-up and runs in your browser. How to use it: 1) pick Stopwatch, Timer or Interval at the top; 2) press Start. Use Lap on the stopwatch, a preset on the timer, or a workout preset such as Tabata; 3) tap Full screen for a big display, and export your laps as CSV when you are done.

How the stopwatch and timers work

All three modes measure time from the device clock using start and end timestamps, not by counting ticks. That keeps them accurate to the hundredth of a second on screen, even if the tab was in the background or the page was reloaded.

Stopwatch

Start, stop and resume, and record laps. The lap table shows each lap time and the running total, and marks your fastest and slowest laps once you have three or more. Copy the laps or export them as CSV.

Countdown timer

Set hours, minutes and seconds or tap a preset from 30 seconds to 1 hour. Add a minute while it runs. When time is up, an alarm repeats and the display flashes until you stop it, with a notification if you allow it.

Interval timer

Set work time, rest time, rounds and a get ready countdown, or use presets: Tabata 20/10 x8, HIIT 30/30, 40/20, 45/15, EMOM and boxing rounds. The screen turns green for work and orange for rest, with beeps for the last three seconds and at every change.

Limitations

Sounds are made in the browser and need one tap first on most phones. Keeping the screen awake uses the Wake Lock feature, which some browsers do not support. A closed app cannot play the alarm.

FAQ

Stopwatch & Timer FAQs

Does the online stopwatch work offline?

Yes. The stopwatch, timer and interval timer run fully in your browser and need no connection once loaded, including in the Hayyat Networks app. Your laps and timer settings are saved on the device, so a reload does not lose a running stopwatch.

How do I set up a Tabata timer?

Open the Interval tab and tap the Tabata preset: 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds, after a 10 second get ready countdown. Press Start. The screen turns green during work and orange during rest, and beeps count down the last seconds.

Will my phone screen stay on?

On browsers that support the Screen Wake Lock feature, such as Chrome on Android, the screen stays on while any timer runs and turns off normally when you stop. If your browser does not support it, the page tells you so you can change your screen timeout.

Can I export stopwatch lap times?

Yes. After recording laps, tap Export laps CSV to download every lap time and total, in a readable format and in milliseconds for spreadsheets. You can also copy the laps as plain text to paste into a message or training log.
