Quick answer

Online Bookmarks Manager: Save useful links with titles, notes, tags and folders, then find them again in seconds. Import your browser bookmarks, clean up duplicates and export them back. It is free, needs no sign-up and runs in your browser. How to use it: 1) tap "Add bookmark", paste a link and add a title, folder, tags or notes; 2) filter by folder, tag or read later, or search across everything you saved; 3) import your browser bookmarks file, merge duplicates and export to HTML or JSON. Each link you save is stored with its title, folder, tags, notes, a read later flag and the date you added it. Search looks through titles, links, notes, folders and tags at the same time, and every word you type must match.

How the bookmarks manager works

Each link you save is stored with its title, folder, tags, notes, a read later flag and the date you added it. Search looks through titles, links, notes, folders and tags at the same time, and every word you type must match. Folder and tag chips let you narrow the list with one tap.

Import and export

Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari can all export bookmarks as an HTML file. Import that file here and the folder structure is kept, for example “Work / Clients”. Firefox tags are kept too. Links that are already saved are skipped. Export gives you the same standard HTML format, which any browser can import, or a JSON backup.

Duplicate detection

Two links count as the same when they only differ by www, http or https, a trailing slash or tracking tags such as utm_source and fbclid. The tool warns you before you save a duplicate, and “Find duplicates” merges extra copies into the newest one while keeping their tags and notes.

Privacy and offline use

Bookmarks are saved on your device and work with no internet connection. If you sign in to your free account they also sync to your other devices. Website icons are not downloaded; a coloured letter is shown instead, so no request is sent to the sites you save.

Limitations

  • Page titles are not fetched automatically. If you leave the title empty, the website name is used.
  • Each collection is kept under about 500 KB so it can sync, which is roughly 2,000 to 3,000 bookmarks.
  • Clearing your browser data removes bookmarks that are not synced, so export a backup now and then.
FAQ

Bookmarks Manager FAQs

How do I import bookmarks from Chrome?

In Chrome, open the Bookmark manager, tap the three dot menu and choose “Export bookmarks”. This saves an HTML file. Here, tap Import and pick that file. Your folders, titles and dates are kept, and any link you already saved is skipped so you do not get duplicates. Edge, Firefox and Safari exports work the same way.

Can I move my bookmarks back to my browser?

Yes. Tap “Export HTML” to download a standard bookmarks file. In Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, use the import bookmarks option and choose that file. Your folders come back as bookmark folders, and Firefox also reads the tags. You can also download a JSON backup to restore here later.

How does duplicate detection work?

Before saving, the tool compares the new link with every saved link after removing www, the http or https part, trailing slashes and tracking tags such as utm_source. If it matches, you can edit the saved one or keep a copy anyway. “Find duplicates” lists every link saved more than once and merges them in one tap.

Are my bookmarks private?

Yes. They are saved in your browser on your own device and are not sent to us. If you sign in to a free Hayyat Networks account, they sync to your account so you can use them on your phone and computer. We do not load icons from the sites you save, so those sites are not contacted.
