Google Review QR Code Kit: Turn your Google review link into a QR code poster, table tent and social image, plus ready to send review request messages for WhatsApp, SMS and email. It is free, needs no sign-up and runs in your browser. How to use it: 1) paste your Google review link, or enter your Place ID and we build the link; 2) add your business name, colours and logo; 3) click Create my review kit and test the link; 4) download the A4 poster, A5 flyer, table tent or social images, and copy a message template. Customers leave more reviews when it takes one scan instead of a search. This kit takes your review link and builds a QR code, then places it on print and social designs.
How the Google review QR kit works
Customers leave more reviews when it takes one scan instead of a search. This kit takes your review link and builds a QR code, then places it on print and social designs. Everything is made in your browser and works offline once the page has loaded.
Getting your review link
In your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews or Share review form and copy the short link. If you have a Place ID instead, the tool builds the standard link search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=YOUR_ID. Always use the Test the link button before printing.
What you get
- A4 poster, A5 flyer and US Letter poster PDFs with the QR code, stars and a clear call to action
- A fold-in-half table tent with the design facing out on both sides
- A square post and a story image for social media
- QR code as PNG and SVG for your own designs
- Ten review request messages for WhatsApp, SMS, email, in person and social replies
Google’s review rules
Google does not allow offering discounts, gifts or money for reviews, asking only happy customers, or posting reviews for your own business. Ask every customer the same way and reply to every review.
Limitations
The tool cannot check whether a link really opens your review form, so test it on your phone. We do not use Google’s logo, only text. The built-in PDF fonts show Latin characters only, while the PNG images support every script.

How do I find my Google review link?
Sign in to your Google Business Profile, search for your business name on Google or open the Business Profile app, then choose Ask for reviews or Share review form. Copy the short link it gives you and paste it into the tool. Test it on your phone before you print.
Can I give customers a discount for leaving a review?
No. Google’s policy does not allow offering discounts, free items, money or any other incentive in exchange for reviews, even for honest ones. Breaking this rule can lead to reviews being removed. Simply ask every customer politely and make it easy with a QR code.
Where should I place a review QR code?
Put it where customers wait or finish: the counter, tables, receipts, invoices, takeaway bags, delivery packaging and the waiting area. Staff should mention it in person too. A table tent on each table works well for cafes, restaurants and salons.
Do I need internet to make the posters?
No. Once the page has loaded, the QR code, posters and images are all created in your browser, including inside the Hayyat Networks Android app. Your customers will of course need internet on their phones to open the review form after they scan.
