How to use it: 1) choose one or more product photos from your phone or computer; 2) pick the marketplace size, the padding style and format, and keep auto-fit on for Amazon main images; 3) press Resize, check the notes and the image rules checklist, then download one photo or all of them. Your photos are resized with the canvas feature built into your browser. They are never uploaded, so the tool is private and works offline in the Hayyat Networks app.

Your photos are resized with the canvas feature built into your browser. They are never uploaded, so the tool is private and works offline in the Hayyat Networks app. Each photo is scaled to fit inside the target size and the empty space is filled with padding, so no part of the product is cropped.
Sizes used
- Amazon: 2000 x 2000 px recommended, at least 1000 px on the longest side for zoom, pure white background (RGB 255, 255, 255), product filling about 85% of the frame.
- Etsy: 3000 x 2250 px recommended, about 2000 px wide minimum, 4:3 thumbnails.
- eBay: 1600 x 1600 px recommended, at least 500 px, square.
- Walmart: 2200 x 2200 px, square, white background for the main image.
Auto-fit to 85%
When the four corners of a photo share one plain colour, the tool finds the product by looking for pixels that differ from that colour, trims the extra background and scales the product to about 85% of the frame. Busy photos are fitted whole at 85% instead.
Limitations
The tool cannot remove a background or turn a grey backdrop white. It warns you when the photo’s own background is not white. Small photos are enlarged and may look soft, and HEIC files only open in Safari. Sizes and rules checked November 2026; marketplace rules change, so confirm in your seller help pages. What size should Amazon product images be?
Amazon recommends at least 1000 pixels on the longest side so shoppers can zoom, and 2000 x 2000 pixels works well for square main images. The main image needs a pure white background with RGB 255, 255, 255, and the product should fill about 85% of the frame without added text, logos or borders.
What is the best image size for Etsy listings?
Etsy suggests photos at least about 2000 pixels wide, and 3000 x 2250 pixels is a common choice. Search results and shop pages show a 4:3 thumbnail, so keep the product centred with some space around it. This resizer adds padding so the whole product stays inside the 4:3 frame.
Will resizing my photos crop the product?
No. The resizer fits the whole photo inside the target size and fills the leftover space with white, a matching edge colour, a blurred version of the photo or a colour you choose. With auto-fit on, it trims only plain background around the product before scaling it to about 85% of the frame.
Are my product photos uploaded to a server?
No. All resizing happens inside your browser on your own device, so your photos never leave your phone or computer. That also means the tool works without an internet connection in the Hayyat Networks app. Close the page and the resized copies are cleared from memory.
